Three servings of Defend, Kicked My Flu to the Curb

I retired from my teaching career last May.

Every year, our district offered flu shots through our insurance. Since I wasn’t at school this year, I didn’t get my flu shot! Guess what?!? In January I got Influenza A. Defend, hot, 2-3 times a day knocked-out the flu symptoms in 24 hours. BAM!!!!!
